proClean deep protection technology is an integral part of the production process. Unlike conventional surface protection systems, proClean penetrates the entire attachment. Unlike simple impregnations and coatings, proClean is therefore resistant to mechanical stress and weathering - a decisive advantage. The color and surface are permanently refined and protected and have increased resistance to weathering.
Dirt adhesion on our systems is significantly reduced and can be cleaned with less effort and at longer intervals. proClean prolongs the attractiveness and increases the quality of stay of surface coverings.
Water and dirt can penetrate the pores and capillaries of the unprotected concrete surface. Soiling is therefore more difficult to remove than on depth-protected surfaces.
The facing concrete is given a chemical-physical permanent seal from the inside during the production process. Surface coverings with proClean 100 are liquid and dirt repellent and much easier to clean permanently.
Core and facing concrete are given a chemical-physical permanent seal during the production process. In an additional process, a two-layer, transparent, UV-resistant coating is applied and permanently bonded to the surface. The pores are permanently closed. Surface coverings with proClean 700 are protected against the penetration of dirt and are easy to clean.
Four layers of high-quality UV monomer are applied to the concrete block surface one after the other and then cured under UV light. ProClean 900 has a high scratch and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for everyday use, even on heavily used surfaces. Due to the matt finish of the coating, the surface only has a slight silky sheen, giving it a high-quality and natural appearance.
