Our responsibility

Code of conduct

We are aware of the human rights and environmental risks associated with our business activities. We regularly identify, assess, and monitor these risks within our company and along our value chain, and review the effectiveness of our measures using defined processes and key performance indicators. We also highlight environmental risks associated with our production processes.

Potential negative impacts on human rights can occur in particular in our own business activities or in the supply chain. Depending on the nature of our connection – whether we cause, contribute to, or are associated with them – we take appropriate preventive and remedial measures. Identified risks and impacts are recorded and addressed through internal processes and our grievance mechanism. If no negative impacts have been identified, we disclose this accordingly.
