For the urban landscapes of the future
Tomorrow’s urban planning is all about approaching urban space in an environmentally sustainable way – in other words, developing it to be climate-resilient and healthy. At the same time, there is a growing demand for well-designed, accessible spaces that offer a high quality of life and plenty of room for people to interact.

Five reasons to choose GDM.SCENIC

Urban planning
Unifying Diversity

Community. Health. Climate resilience. Accessibility. Quality of life.

All these factors play a role in shaping the urban spaces of tomorrow. This is particularly true as living space becomes scarcer and populations grow. Nowhere else is it necessary to take so many interests into account simultaneously. From politics to planning. From conservation to development. From residents to visitors.

GDM.SCENIC is all about making the city an attractive and accessible shared space for people, whilst taking everyone’s needs into account. Our SCENIC concrete block collection offers the variety of shapes, colour palette and functionality that will make the urban landscape of the future naturally beautiful and liveable.

Spatial impact
Natural vitality

Our surroundings shape our well-being and our interactions with one another. What connects us is a longing for naturalness. Creating vibrant spaces also means filling them with life.

Spaces for encounters. Streets for passing through. Squares for lingering.

The GDM.SCENIC collection, with its organic forms, is inspired by nature and designed for the city: pedestrian-friendly paving, seating that defines spaces, and steps for different height levels with harmoniously coordinated transitions. In combination with water and plants, the stone completes the natural spatial experience. This creates coordinated urban spaces with room for people to meet and linger.

Aesthetics
Subtle strength of character

Not all cities are the same. Every environment has its own unique character. An architectural identity that must be taken into account. The local people and their specific ideas about what makes a good space. Every floor is created within its own individual context.

Seven surface textures. Nine colourways in the two colour schemes, Grey and Sand: the curated selection of 63 combinations from the GDM.SCENIC collection offers precisely the creative freedom needed to bring out the uniqueness of every city, every neighbourhood and every community. From the ground up.
